North Africa: HASB Global designed and implemented a franchise-financing program, supported by OPIC, to support the North Africa Banks just to make franchise loans. HASB created the franchise credit policy for OPIC and the all the banks, designed the franchise financing programs, and operational structures necessary. HASB Conducted a series of bank training for both bank executives and team managing each franchise finance unit in the respective banks in Europe and North Africa and also conducted forums for franchisors in the region.
Mexico: Structured 2,000 gas stations from loose cooperative into a Gas Station Franchise, creating the largest petrol gas station franchise in the region.
