• Structured one of the single largest multi-unit refinance in the USA, 300 unit Multi Unit franchise owner  
• Designed, implemented private label franchise finance entity to provide faster and lower cost access to capital for over 20,000 franchise locations 
• Created supply chain finance for major franchise eco-system to reduce financing cost across $3.0 billion supply chain
• Financed major packaging company working  capital and expansion finance, enabling them to expand across the food & beverage industry
• Financed major fast moving consumer supplier, implementing latest technology for logistics, line operations, and distribution

• UK: Engaged by large brand to completely renovate access to financing from majority of UK Bank and expert support with tax matters with UK Tax Office. The brand with nearly 2,000 locations was struggling to gain access to financing. HASB repositioned the brand with major banks, and created access to over £200 Million per year in financing facilities. 

• Europe: Engaged by franchise group to create financing solution for European franchisees. The brand with nearly 1,000 locations needed to expand. HASB repositioned the brand with major banks, and created access to over €100 Million per year in financing facilities. 

• Asia-Pacific: Engaged by leading  Australia Asia Franchise Supply chain group to create financing solution for Australia, NZ, Asia, and Pacific franchisees and supply chain. The brand with nearly 5,000 locations needed to expand. HASB repositioned the brand with major banks, and created access to over AUD500 Million per year in financing facilities. 

• North Africa: HASB Global designed and implemented a franchise-financing program, supported by OPIC, to support the North Africa Banks just to make franchise loans. HASB created the franchise credit policy for OPIC and the all the banks, designed the franchise financing programs, and operational structures necessary.  HASB Conducted a series of bank training for both bank executives and team managing each franchise finance unit in the respective banks in Europe and North Africa and also conducted forums for franchisors in the region. 

• Mexico: Structured 2,000 gas stations from loose cooperative into a Gas Station Franchise, creating the largest petrol gas station franchise in the region. The franchise partnered with one of the world’s leading oil & gas companies.  HASB Global collaboratively designed and structured franchise business model, design model to best transition from cooperative to franchise, financial model, ownership structure, market valuation, franchise financing, brand development and initial customer impact solutions.
